Assuming you want to keep your funding stream growing then the Academy can help you with other methods of funding or fine tuning your current stream to gain new supporters (onboarding), supporter relations (engagement) and keeping your supporters (retention) strategies; as well as supporting you to reach your future goals. This is not a "beginner only" community - not at all! The Academy has helped others grow to exceed their goals and enable them give help to others. Working with mission organizations and churches to expand their reach by showing staff how to be funded with passion, so there's plenty of expertise that you're sure to benefit from on your continued journey.

While a considerable focus is given to using WordPress, a tremendous amount of the content in the Academy is not based on a platform at all - and instead focuses on important topics such as growth strategy, supporter retention, attracting new supporters and more. All these topics are far more important for funding stream success than what methods is used! So we have a members who don't use WordPress yet still find the Academy content incredibly useful for building or expanding their funding stream.

The Academy has a Tech Support section in the community where you can get your questions answered, but the Academy doesn't actually login to your site and fix issues for you.

The Academy no longer take on client work and not available to hire separately. There is however a  directory of members who provide these services and recommended affiliates that work with our members.

The Academy tools will not allow access if you’re no longer a member. These are only available to Academy members with an active subscription and not as a stand alone product.

Absolutely! You can upgrade to annual membership any time with a couple of clicks from your account page. Our system will automatically take into account the time left on your current subscription, so you'll never be double charged either.
